Now in its fifth year, TNB XPO has established itself as the UK’s leading industry symposium for Black creatives – an unapologetic call to action for a fairer, more inclusive screen industry. Combining in-person sessions at Rich Mix in East London with a global online day, TNB XPO 2026 gathers industry leaders, commissioners, and creators to confront systemic barriers and power new opportunities. Rianna Patterson is the founder of the Dominica Dementia Foundation, a youth-led charity supporting those affected by dementia. She received the Queen’s Young Leader Award in 2017 by Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace.

PictureEast reignites local cinema culture from the ground up, and TNB XPO dismantles barriers from the top down. Together, they’re about visibility, ownership, and power – ensuring Black voices are invested in.”

Robert Williams studied Film and English at UEA. He is the producer, writer and director of the short film, The Crackling Glade, commissioned by Ideastap’s Innovators scheme.

Speaker Shan NG was born and raised in Hong Kong. She studied Literature at the University of Hong Kong before relocating to London. She has been a director/producer at the BBC for eight years. Her works have been broadcast on BBC 2, BBC World and BBC Radio 4 online.
