Directed, written and produced by Adamma and Adanne Ebo showing at Sundance London, from the 2018 short film of the same Honk for Jesus. Save Your Soul is about the aftermath of a huge and ridiculous scandal, Trinity Childs (Regina Hall), the first lady of a prominent and respected Southern Baptist Mega Church attempts to help her pastor-husband, Lee-Curtis Childs, rebuild their now borderline non-existent congregation. They must however, reconcile their faith with their personal demons in order to make the biggest comeback that commodified religion has ever seen.
Adamma Ebo studied at UCLA a masters in directing and film production, while Adanne Ebo got a law degree at Northwestern.
After graduating with a BA in English from Spelman College, Adamma Ebo received a full fellowship to UCLA’s School of Theater, Film, and Television, graduating with her MFA in Directing & Production in 2018. Adamma was a 2019 Sundance Screenwriting Intensive Fellow for her feature film script “Honk For Jesus.
