Transferring from the Young Vic, Death of a Salesman stars the American actor Wendell Pierce (Loman) with an all black cast, the Lomans (Sharon D.Clarke plays Linda Loman) chase the American Dream vivaciously, Loman’s 35 year career amounts to nothing and his story could be anyone’s story not just that of an African American family, although there is the lingering thought that maybe some of his circumstance is down to that.
