Women in Film and Television joins 80 individuals and organisations in signing an Open Letter which was published last week, calling for the introduction of a Representation Tax Relief to increase the employment of women, disabled people and people from black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) backgrounds behind the camera in the British film and television industries. The initiative aims to address the on-going imbalance behind the scenes.
