Plot: Drama that documents the life of South African ANC freedom fighter Solomon Mahlangu.  ‘My blood will nourish the tree that will bear the fruits of freedom. Tell my people that I love them. They must continue the fight.’  The words of Solomon Mahlangu, prior to execution in 1979 at the age 22. This film traces the life of this celebrated South African ANC freedom fighter, from his days as a ghetto street trader through to his political awakening and transformation into an activist.
