George Floyd Verdict: Derek Chauvin is found Guilty Guilty Guilty

This a historic case as in America it is very rare for a white police officer to be convicted.

A final verdict in the murder trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin is expected to be released on Today after 11 hours of deliberations, according to multiple reports. 7 women and five men served on the jury. Floyd, a Black man, died in police custody on May 25, 2020, after Chauvin pinned his knee against Floyd’s neck for more than nine minutes. 38 different procesution witnesses were called. This a huge moment for the family of George Floyd.

Chauvin faces charges of second-degree unintentional murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in the 2020 killing of George Floyd.
