General Manager
Park Theatre are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead on Park Theatre’s operations as we prepare to reopen our building in 2021. The postholder will be responsible for Park Theatre’s Front of House team, ensuring that every audience member who walks through our doors has a fantastic experience. They will also be the first point of contact for visiting producers and companies, making sure that we are a skilled and supportive venue within which to make work, which in turn will enable us to attract the very best producers, companies and artists as part of a vibrant artistic programme.
The General Manager will take responsibility for the smooth and professional running of the building, ensuring all audience members and participants have the best possible experience in the venue and all front of house staff offer the highest standards of customer service. They will also will also support the planning and delivery of in-house work, work with the Executive Director on contracting and supporting visiting companies and will be responsible for ensuring Park Theatre is a fully accessible venue, including leading on the operational requirements of delivering our programme of accessible performances.

Development Manager
Park Theatre are looking for a Development Manager to support the Development Director in delivering a creative and ambitious programme of fundraising to enable Park Theatre to grow as an organisation. This new role will work with the Development Director and the Artistic and Executive Directors to enable us to build and diversify our income streams. We have exciting plans for the next few years, including large scale fundraising events, developing our programming process, plotting the way forward for our creative learning output and continuing to build on our successful access programme. Our Development team will be crucial in all these areas and will provide the foundations on which we can achieve our ambitions.

Sales & Ticketing Manager
Park Theatre are looking for a Sales & Ticketing Manager with a passion for the principles of excellent customer service to join the Sales & Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to join the team at an exciting and important time helping the venue to re-open its doors safely and successfully by maximising all revenue generating opportunities and ensuring a warm and friendly environment for new and returning customers alike.
The Sales & Ticketing Manager is responsible for managing and developing Park Theatre’s ticket & merchandise sales as well as maintaining the highest standards of customer service and retail practice. They will provide excellent customer service to audiences, visiting theatre companies, co-producers and external ticket agencies and ensure that all revenue generating opportunities are maximised. They will motivate and lead the box office team by a positive example, ensuring efficiency, profitability and excellent service standards are developed and maintained both back and front of house. They will provide day to day management of the box office, working behind sales points and on telephones, serve as a core member of the Park Theatre operational team and support the Marketing Manager and Sales & Marketing Director as a member of the Sales & Marketing team. The role will also work closely with Park Theatre’s Development, Finance and Creative Learning departments as well as external producers to ensure consistency of approach in all our outward facing communications.

Finance Officer
Park Theatre are looking for a Finance Officer to join Park Theatre’s Finance team and support the Finance Director on all aspects of financial management. Our Finance team ensure that we have a solid base level of financial information readily available for all departments so resources can be skilfully managed. Focusing on robust administrative and reconciliation support, the Finance Officer will support Park Theatre in carefully controlling expenditure, growing income streams and providing a firm foundation upon which to expand our work going forwards.
