In an statement by ITV the spokesperson described the show as “inclusive” and that it “showcases diversity and supports strong storytelling in all forms”. Amanda Holden speaking on #ThisMorning said that the performance by the dance group which dedicated to the #BLACKLIVESMATTER movement got a lot more praise than the complaints and echoing what Ashley said, she said the complaints are all the more reason why it was important.
