Wiley dropped from Management for “anti-semitic rants” on Twitter

Wiley known as the “godfather of grime”, receiving an MBE for services to music in 2018 has been dropped by his management. John Woolf said A-List Management has “cut all ties” after a long series of posts on Friday on accounts that belong to the rapper.

The chart-topping grime artist Wiley, whose real name is Richard Cowie, compared Jewish people to the Ku Klux Klan, also making statements about Jewish people controlling the world’s wealth. Jewish people and others where offended by Cowie’s comments, voicing their outrage on social media, he also received racist abuse being told to go back to the “cotton field”.

Stephen Pollard, editor of The Jewish Chronicle, accused Cowie of being a “racist”, and said he was ”spouting Jew hate, like neo-Nazis and the rest of them”.
