Nadia Sawalha is about to discover an African family feast with Zoe Adjonyoh rustling up, a delicious Red Red Bean Stew for breakfast, Ghanaian Spiced Chicken Kebabs for lunch, Zoe’s incredible Peanut Butter Stew for dinner and Nadia’s deliciously decadent Puff Puff Donuts for dessert. This weekend’s episode is called “Africa” and will air Sunday 17 Nov 2019, 11.30am – 12.30pm.

New to ITV on Sunday mornings Nadia’s Family Feasts, is a cooking series filled with mouthwatering family recipe ideas for the week ahead.

In ten 60 minute episodes, each is themed around a different cuisine from British to Italian via Chinese, French, North American, Middle Eastern and more.

Nadia Sawalha is taking inspiration from busy households around the world as she seeks new ideas for recipes that will fit into hectic schedules.

Each week, Nadia is joined by a guest chef with a passion or expertise in that cuisine. Together they’ll actually cook a full day’s menu, with four dishes to create a breakfast, lunch, dinner and a sweet treat.
