1:54 Contemporary African Art Fair Marrakech

1-54 returns to La Mamounia between the 23 – 24 February 2019.

For its second Marrakech edition, 1-54 will present 18 international galleries and the work of over 65 established and emerging artists.

Once again the fair will be accompanied by a wider programme of events in partnership with local institutions across the city, including Museum of African Contemporary Art Al Maaden (MACAAL), Musée Yves Saint Laurent Marrakech, Montresso* Art Foundation, Comptoir des Mines Galerie, Institut Français de Marrakech and Fondation Farid Belkahia among others. In parallel to the fair, 1-54 FORUM also returns to La Mamounia with daily talks and screenings curated by art historian and curator Karima Boudou.
