This Weekend: Papal’s Kitchen “African Fusion Food”

Head Chef/Founder Lawrence Gomez has put together a mouth watering menu with his brand new and exciting food concept “African Fusion Food” using fish, shellfish and vegetables. Gomez started out as a kitchen hand at the iconic Ivy restaurant in London’s Covent Garden, where he spent the next 10 years training and working his way up to Head Chef of the private dining room.
