Save the date! On Saturday 2nd December 2017, as part of African Odysseys, the BFI will be hosting the screening of The CEO, a film directed by celebrated filmmaker Kunle Afolyan.
In this mystery-thriller, five top executives are selected from across Africa to compete for the role of CEO in a multinational telecommunications firm. During a week long retreat to determine who is most suitable, mysterious circumstances lead to two of the wannabe executives becoming prime suspects to a grisly crime. With a stellar Nollywood cast, including Lala Akindoju, Wale Ojo and a screen debut from the indefatigable grammy award winning singer, Angélique Kidjo, The CEO will have you gripped from the opening scene until the credits roll.
