“Meet the Mentor: Lessons of an Entrepreneur”, is an inspiring series of events giving you exclusive access to successful entrepreneurs, business owners, solopreneurs and industry professionals from all walks of life. Learn new business skills, get on the path to start a business, and more. Do you run your own business, want to start despite hurdles, then this is for you.

Each Mentor has been handpicked, not just for their achievements, but for their journeys. On Thursday 16th May, there are still tickets available for the evening where you get to meet Jade Fletcher and Faith Johnson. Learn the rules of business from these two very inspiring women.

Caramel Rock is a Fashion Charity developing the next generation of Designers and Creatives) Providing training and opportunities to young people.

Her mission is to empower young people and support people into fashion creating a level playing field for all, addressing diversity in the industry, socially and culturally. Faith is a PhD fellow at the Royal College of Art. Her research is based on fashion and community development in Jamaica.

Jade Fletcher has worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years, starting as a professional dancer and model booker, before moving into events after becoming injured. Having produced her first fashion show in 2009, she went on to work on a series of shows and events, with a particular focus on strategic planning for the creative, music, fashion and entertainment sectors. Despite having a rare genetic eye condition which has led to her being certified Sight Impaired (Partially Sighted), she continues to strive to reach new ambitions and combat stereotypes.

She has a keen interest in social enterprise and the training and development of people from all walks of life, and her personal projects are aimed at empowering, motivating and building confidence in individuals so they can also go on to fulfil their potential. Jade won the RBS Inspiring Women in Enterprise award in 2013 and Jade Green Productions went on to win Lux International Magazine’s Best London Events Company 2017.
